Limit available picklist values

We have created a custom SFM-Transaction for the technician to change the status of a work order.

He should only be able to choose the following picklist values "In Execution", "Executed", "Not Executed", "Canceled".

Is there any possibility to limit the picklist values that are displayed for the status field in the SFM Transaction?

No specific record types are used on work order

Have you tried creating a controlliing picklist field for Order Status and restrict the values based on the value of the controlling picklist field?

Martijn,

You can create a new picklist field (and hide it in the layout) containing only the restricted values. Use this new picklist in the SFM.  Then, either by workflow rule or trigger, copy that value over to the normal Order Status field.
