Offline - Check Entitlement

Giving users the ability to either check entitlements offline or providing access to the Service/Maintenance History object in the SFM Designer (for the ability to copy work orders at the minimum) would be a significant improvement.

Currently any environments that utilize any form of contract coverage are unable to process Work Orders end to end without a connection. A typical situation for most Field Service businesses, many site visits may result in the customer requesting help on a different installed product.

Edit:  Before I submit this as a 'idea', has anyone found a workaround for this?
