Report SFM Transactions not in use

Jump to solution

Hi All,

Just a quick question for the community, we have a whole lot of SFM transactions that are no longer used that were created by the original implementation team. Is there a way to bulk delete these transactions or will I need to go through and delete them all individually?

Thanks,

Brenden

hello.

Part of the information created by Serviemax is stored in "Servicemax Process".

Since the system administrator is allowed to display the tab of "Servicemax Process"

Based on this information, you can create a list of SFM transactions.

smax_process1.PNG

· Transaction name, author, created date, update date

In case

Since you can narrow down SFM transactions to be deleted from these pieces of information, it will help you work.

Deleting the corresponding SFM from SalesForce's "Servicemax Process" screen disappeared from the SFM screen as well.

However, this is an incorrect operation. You can also think that garbage will be left behind, so absolutely this should not be done.

The currently conceivable method is to select SFMs one by one from SFM ServiceFlowManageger's screen based on a list of transaction targets to be deleted and delete them one by one with a trash can mark.

Because the screen of SFM ServiceFlowManager can select transactions one by one,

Servicemax can add functions so that multiple selections can be made here!
