I have recently received an issue where a field doesn't populate on the screen designer when a user goes to click on the SFM. Which ends up stopping them from saving the transaction because it's required. I attempted to reproduce the issue but the only thing I noticed was that we had different screens loaded. I signed in as him, verified that the layout wasn't changed between when he logged his issue and when I tested it. I think I've seen this happen in a different situation. I am fairly new to this team so I am not sure if this has been happening for a while. Are there any best practices that I might be able to pass along to keep the system healthy or load smoother?
