Does anyone know what SFM Transaction & Docs Designer won't load. The user is stuck at 100%.
- the user is an system admin
- I tried using the user name password on my computer and it is loading
I think this has something to do with her browser. Any Ideas?
PS: Anything in the ServiceMax setup that requires loading (the one with the 100% thingy) does not load and is stuck at 100%. This includes the SFM Data Validation Rules setup screen.
Is there any workaround for it? Cause currently in addition to one of our resources our client is also having this issue.. not good.

Operating System: OSX 10.11.3
Chrome Version: 48.0.2564.116 (64 bit)
Flash Version: 188.8.131.526
I think this is more on laptop/browser issue and not on the salesforce/servicemax level. I tried logging in using a defective user and I can load the SFM Designer on my laptop but not on hers.
We raised a case with ServiceMax support. We'll be monitoring there. I'll post the solution here once we get one.
