SFM lookup field states "No Value Found" even though lookup bubble contain selected value
It is a mapped field coming from the Tech Support Case, but there are times when a different serial number be entered and as soon as the Lookup is used to find/confirm valid serial. the above No Value Found is depicted. You can continue...save the SFM and create the Work Order and the selected serial number will be on the resulting Work Order, but it is misleading to my users to have "No Value Found." when in fact the Serial has been found and selected.
