Is there a plan to enable ServiceMax formulas for Scheduled SFM's? This would be very helpful. This would enable:
-Rollup summaries for records without considering Master/Detail (Case/Work Order, Technician/Work Orders, Installed Product/Work Order, etc)
-Creating simple Batch processes such as auto-closing cases where all Work Orders are closed
This is on the radar.
ServiceMax formulas are JS functions and requires browser to convert to value. Platform natively doesnot support JS execution. Due to this we are not able to support Formula execution or report generation in background mode or in scheduled mode.
Timely within product we are accessing different options to support this but not been able to conclude on solution
