I have created a view WO process for the FSE and have assigned it to him. At the same time I made sure that no other view WO process is unassigned so that it wont conflict. But when I click on the Debrief WO SFM that I have created I get the following error: "No view process available for the logged in user" in the IPAD and "the SFM transaction does not exist. Contact your Servicemax Administrator to resolve this" in the Windows application. I am logged in with the correct user.
Any ideas?

Yes you are right, it is a permissions issues. The User didn't have access
to some objects. Fixed that and now it is working fine.

Thanks for posting. Generally this is a permissions related issue. Are you logged in as a user that has access to that SFM and anything related to it? If yes, then it might be an IP restriction where that IP address should get added to the profile.
