Throughout the day we see great content posted and shared from our customers, but ServiceMax employees are also adding value here. The ServiceMax Community is an exetenal platform, with customers as our main focus. But you'll see ServiceMax partners and employees also adding value, comments, and content. Our ServiceMax team of experts produce discussions, documents, and videos that are aimed at helping our ServiceMax users have the best experience possible. Today I not only want to point out some great new material the community received this week, but I also want to name some employees who demonstrate what it means to be communityallstars​.

Micki Collart​, a senior product marketing manager, shared a great video of an interview with our COO Scott Berg​ about the GE acquisition. ServiceMax & GE Digital – Where We’ve Been and Where We’re Going, Part 1 looks at how far we've come over the last 6 months and how we're thriving as a GE company. If you have any questions about our relationship with GE, this is the series to watch! The blog post and video are posted in Field Service Network​, so anyone can view it.

In our Knowledge​ space we've seen four new documents this week! They revolve around Summer '17 issues and fixes, work order summaries for mobile, and Chrome version 60.0.3112.78. Our ServiceMax Knowledge​ account is a great account to follow, as they post helpful articles weekly.

Last, Mayhul Jain​ invited you all to our next Design Time conversation: Design Time: New Dispatch Console​. These events are great places to exchange ideas and provide feedback to the product team. This session is specifically focused on the new dispatch console.

This week these three users have produced content that is all for you, our ServiceMax customers. So go ahead, look at it, engage with it, and maybe you'll be one of the communityallstars​ next week!
