The Community is all about collaboration. You may not realize it, but there are people talking about the same things you are! This week our communityallstars are Gill Cook, Alex Langston, and Adam Cooper.

It started with Gill's discussion post in Network and Share about changing the output name of a PDF document. Adam Cooper redirected the conversation to the Ideas Exchange, where there's an idea related to Gill's post. While there is no finalized solution to Gill's original discussion, the idea Output doc PDF filenames is definitely a start. Here we see Gill and Alex Langston talk about renaming of email attachments and how it's different than configuring a filename.

What's cool about this interaction is that it displays how the community is interconnected. There are posts across spaces that relate to each other - one person's discussion topic may feed into another person's idea, or someone's poll may tie in with a recent blog post. All you have to do is find the content, which is why exploring the community and its areas is so beneficial. It's also great to see community members directing each other to helpful posts. Like I said, collaboration is key in this community.

One more topic you can collaborate across is our Summer '17 product release. Check out the customer webinar here, posted by Anna Startseva. Each new release there are a series or resource to help you understand changes and improvements, these include training videos in our Education area and Knowledge articles. Join that webinar on July 20th to learn how you can improve your customer experience through proactive maintenance!
