This document describes the ServiceMax Consulting Partner Program, the available tiers from which a partner must select when joining and the benefits and requirements associated with each tier. For Existing Partners

Beginning in December 2015 and continuing through the end of January 2016, the ServiceMax Partner Enablement team will review the ServiceMax Consulting Partner Program with existing partners, assess their current performance against the requirements and determine which tier is best suited to both their near term and longer term plans. ServiceMax and Partner will execute a new ServiceMax Alliance Program Agreement for the selected tier that incorporates the new ServiceMax Consulting Partner Program benefits and requirements.

For New Partners

Beginning on February 1, 2016 and continuing through the end of January 2017, each new Partner will enter the ServiceMax Consulting Partner Program at an agreed upon tier. The selection of a tier should be carefully considered, as that tier’s requirements will be enforced alongside the benefits offered.
