If you ever want an answer to a question or feedback on a topic, this space (Network and Share) is a great place to start. There are constant discussion threads and open questions added every week that are being engaged by customers, employees, and partners.

This week in Network and ShareMark Varley started a post about launch maps and route views from work orders. Some of his engineers were reporting errors after using a ServiceMax button, while some of his other engineers had no problems using that same button. Hans van Mil provided a possible solution to Mark's problem and advised Mark to check out the latitude and longitude portion of the work order.

A little further down in the discussion thread, Cameron Fowles started a conversation about accessing ServiceMax's setup from the Lightning interface. Javed Ahmed was able to jump in and answer Cameron's question with a solid explanation and screenshot.

Another member of this week's communityallstars is Swetha Tupelly. Swetha hosted a Design Time conversation revolving around service performance metrics. There was discussion around calculating FTF rates through work orders, dashboard challenges, and customer facing reports people are using. Let's just say the 20+ customers who attended the conversation definitely deserve to be communityallstars.
