I started my work career in Salesforce/ServiceMax at Stream Global Services in Watertown, NY. I spent 3 years on the Premier Support Team in various positions. I got all of my certifications within three months of being on the support team and spent most of my time there on the Administration Support Team. After Stream I became a System Administrator for a company called Payment Alliance International Inc. It was a great company to work for and enjoyed being there, but I felt compelled to become a consultant. I re-applied for Jolt and they hired me. I have been working with Jolt and for about one year. When I got hired here I was trained in the ServiceMax application and have been doing implementations ever since. I am very happy with my life right now and continue to work in ServiceMax, which is a very powerful tool. I am still learning everyday, which is awesome!
