Give the ability to allow for multiple skills to be setup for a work order, based on Skill Match rules. Currently, if multiple skills are applicable, only the first returns.
Customers have been asking for this in multiple industries (HC, O&G, MedDev, Aviation, etc). As well asking for a way to integrate into an LMS system to allow for completed training to be included as a skill. Michael Majerus Andrew McKay Casey Palmer
The problem we have now is we need to be able to add Account or IP related skills and then before we dispatch the WO we can see the skills that are required so we can properly set the filtered technician search on DC. This is particularly important when the Account or IP requires some types of safety training to even enter the location.
Thanks for your feedback. Being able to consider multiple required skills when searching technicians for a job is certainly important.
We do not plan to further enhance DC1, but as of release 19.1 Service Board will support this scenario via a new feature called "Recommend Resources". We look forward to receiving feedback on the new approach.
