Calendar Synch to MS Outlook

A technician does not have clear overview of his calendar.
When making his schedule he cannot see if he his double booking his time. Could we have SVMX Calendar synch with Outlook?

Kaare Friis​ you could use the Salesforce for Outlook app to sync your outlook calendar with Salesforce

Closing as "Not Planned" only because this is not something to be addressed in SVMX. There are several SFDC plugins that can be used to synchronise data with Outlook, such as the one mentioned in a previous comment. Once the data is imported into SFDC, exposing it to both dispatchers and technicians should not be a problem.
