Dispatch Console - Advanced Search - Search FSR with specific Skill Level

In Dispatch Console, Advanced search, the available feature enables us to search all the FSR's with a specific skill level or below the mentioned skill level.

It would be good to have a configuration settings where in we will be able to search FSR's with just the specific skill level.
