Dispatch Console Not Only for Technician !

In my business a number of managers, supervisor would like the Dispatch Console to be the place to manage all the resources from their team.

But in the team they don't have only Technicians, they have as well admin resources, supervisors...

Would it be possible to add in a territory, a team just Sales Force Users.

(No need to create a technician record to show up in the Team)

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
I would like to have one place to see my entire service team. No need to navigate to Sales Force/ Outlook.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
Today in order to see and schedule my team I need to to set up everybody as a Technician Record which is not the reality.Some resources are not technician.

The expansion of DC to be a full-fledged scheduling tool would be a very good improvement.

As of 19.1 Service Board will only support scheduling jobs to resources assigned to a Service Team, but we will consider this enhancement as we move forward with the new design.
