In my business a number of managers, supervisor would like the Dispatch Console to be the place to manage all the resources from their team.
But in the team they don't have only Technicians, they have as well admin resources, supervisors...
Would it be possible to add in a territory, a team just Sales Force Users.
(No need to create a technician record to show up in the Team)

The expansion of DC to be a full-fledged scheduling tool would be a very good improvement.

As of 19.1 Service Board will only support scheduling jobs to resources assigned to a Service Team, but we will consider this enhancement as we move forward with the new design.
