Displaying the Working Hours along with any other Business Hours data from the Technician record in the Dispatch Console calendar would avoid dispatchers having to assign first then see an error that a specific tech is not available. In Teams that may have a large set of technicians, for example in Los Angeles or New York, knowing which of your technicians is within working hours visually would be a huge help. Some companies may have on-call hours scheduled as well so this would be very helpful.
