Display Working Hours in Dispatch Console

Displaying the Working Hours along with any other Business Hours data from the Technician record in the Dispatch Console calendar would avoid dispatchers having to assign first then see an error that a specific tech is not available.   In Teams that may have a large set of technicians, for example in Los Angeles or New York, knowing which of your technicians is within working hours visually would be a huge help.  Some companies may have on-call hours scheduled as well so this would be very helpful.

Seeing technician expertise also will help to assign the right technician rather that having to filter

Hi Stephen - You should be able to see the visible working hours.  Let me know if you cannot and it may be a settings issue.  See box in red in screenshot below.

Is there a way to make hours available outside of working hours?  Such as on-call? 

For example:  Scott Techmann works Monday - Friday 8-5PM . However for the next two weeks he will be available until 2AM.

I would prefer to do this without using Business Hours since this varies from technician to technician
