Currently there is no way to see multiple Work Orders that exist at the same Location on the Dispatch Console map. The Service Board has this functionality, referred to as "spidering". This is a valuable feature as it indicates to the Dispatcher that more than one Open WO exists at the same location, and this will assist them in identifying these WOs for dispatch to the same technician.
Without this feature, dispatchers will miss out on these opportunities which can result in multiple trips to the same customer location and overall field service inefficiencies.
Since the Service Board has this functionality, it seems that this is a potential capability of the Dispatch Console. We are asking for this "spidering" functionality to be added to the Dispatch Console to increase our dispatch, scheduling, and field service travel efficiencies.

We have some reporting workarounds and sometimes technicians will deal with this offline. But in general we miss these opportunities to bundle WOs.
