Flexibel filters in Service Board

As we have a complex installed Base and our engineers should be in multiple service territories. As this isn't possible would would like to have the possibility to create flexible filters in the Service Board.


Engineers could be present in different filters. 

Filters should be created by the end user self for personal use or by the Service Board Admin to be used by the organization.

Filters based on different criteria like product line, area, as required, type engineer, province, service manager etc

Overall the admin could ad the qualification criteria, so if the WO is highlighted the filter on the Service board will only show engineers with the required qualification

Having the possibility to drill to detail selection, meaning, coming from an area, to a product group, to a specific instrument line.

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Service Territory can't provide the required flexibility for the filters

@onclinr  - Thanks for this suggestion.  To be clear, are you asking to have a filter when you generate a Resource List?

I support this suggestion - we see a similar need in our business.  You might want to group technicians by geographical region or team (default, most common) but also group them by product family or another criteria.  It would be great to have this flexibility as the business context can often change.
