Logs to capture DC launch time

We would like to have feature where we can capture the time to launch DC per user to monitor DC launch issues and troubleshoot efficiently.

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
We have many users complaining that DC takes long time launch.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
We have to do webex screen sharing to check the issue

Closing as "Not planned" simply because we do not intend to further enhance DC1.

In the meantime, the enhancement delivered in Autumn 17 to load events only for open teams should have improved the launch time of DC1.
