It would be good to have multiple colors on WO's that are on the planning board. And not just 1.

By having this WO's can have a color based on the activity type (maintenance - repair - install) and also on the status (planned, traveling, working, completed) So then the dispatcher can based on this info if an WO could be re-planned or not. Or based on the priority in combination of the type etc.

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Based on the type (maintenance / repair) AND the status of the activity you then can determine if WO's could be rescheduled
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
Trying to set the WO's up with emoji's to indicate the status (travel, working, completed)

@onclinr - You should be able to do this using a calculated field (e.g. you can combine status = new + activity type = preventive) and then reflecting then on the color configurations page.    Is this what you are looking for?

Thanks for clarifying; so you are looking to have more than one color on the appointment block based on certain attributes. Let me review with our ux designer when he returns to the office and get his thoughts on this use case/visual treatment/best practices.

I believe your implementation team has enabled the use of Emojis effectively to get around this.  On our end, we will are not planning on implementing this.
