Service Board really needs the ability to be able to add Filter Logic for List views. Right now because we cannot do this we need to create separate views and the Dispatcher or Manager needs to switch between then where some show shared records and others do not. This really disrupts the work flow not having this ability.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Prevent the creation of multiple list views for the same purpose
