It would be practical that when you click on an Appointment in Service Board that you have an additional Option on called "Show Related Job". 2 values already exist for Open Related Event/Work Order which opens the record in Salesforce. It would be practical if an option "Show Related Job" is there also which then searches and shows the Job in Service Board so the Dispatcher can review it and perform various actions on it without manually typing and searching for the Job number to get it. See mockup image.
