Just as we have it available for System Administrators in our Salesforce Environment we also need the "Login As User" to work in the Service Board environment.
Our Support is centrally located but our users are in all time zones and we need this to be able to support them and check if what is configured is working correctly for them.
I agree with @jeroen_schwankh . This feature is very important for a developer to debug any issues.
Also agree with @jeroen_schwankh, I had to setup a new user and change the user profile every time I need to debug as a user.
I have raised this with the development team previously.
