Just as we have it available for System Administrators in our Salesforce Environment we also need the "Login As User" to work in the Service Board environment.

Our Support is centrally located but our users are in all time zones and we need this to be able to support them and check if what is configured is working correctly for them.

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Login as users to check configuration and for supporting the user
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
The only way is to create a screen sharing session with the very busy user each time and ask them to give us control of their computer

I agree with @jeroen_schwankh . This feature is very important for a developer to debug any issues.

Also agree with @jeroen_schwankh, I had to setup a new user and change the user profile every time I need to debug as a user.

I have raised this with the development team previously.
