It should be possible to edit the Name or Status of a Dispatch Appointment before you save it and the Appointment gets created, just like it is possible in the Dispatch Console.
Now the Dispatcher has to edit the Dispatch Appointment to change these values after it has already been created which generates double push notifications also. This is a sloppy user experience for both Dispatcher and Technician as double work is involved.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
First time right for setting correct name and Status which could already be Confirmed instead of the Default Pending
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
create dispatch appointment with standard/wrong values and then edit after creation to change the values.
