Holidays and Shifts are showing with a very vage color where the color differences are hard to distinguish. The name of the Holiday or Shift is not shown and if you have centralized Dispatchers whom are dispatching for multiple countries then this is very confusing.
When configurating a Holiday or a Shift you should have an option there to do one of the following for the Subject:
1. Hide 2. Always Show 3. Show on Hover with Description
For Shifts we configure the working hours and the Lunch and morning and afternoon coffee break. Work Time is shown in white and thus for such you do not want to see any texts as they show empty.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Bring clarity to what exactly is on the calendar regarding shifts and segments
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
There is no solution available for this. If at all, users would need a reference list per country/team regarding shifts and national holidays to know what exactly it is.
