It should be possible to configure the colour of the text displayed on Appointments and Events in ServiceBoard the same way that colours on the Appointment/Event can be configured.
Text is default white which makes it impossible to see when using bright colours in the Appointments
@ElinEdfast - Thanks for sharing this. I will review this with our team to determine what change we can make here to ensure the text color is more visible with bright backgrounds.
Especially difficult if you choose White as the color of the appointment. The text is invisible.
