I have a user on a Service Team who has been around for years without issue however recently is having an issue. When a Work Order is Assigned and Scheduled to this user it doesnt show in the dispatch console.
Several different types of work order have been assigned
He has tried to assign to himself
Admins have tried to assign to him
The assignment, status and date/time get updated on the Work Order
He has 1 Technician/Equipment Record
No one else on the service team is having an issue
When you drag and drop it stays for 1-3 seconds before disappearing
Any additional troubleshooting steps or thoughts would me much appreciated.
