Hi Guys, In our organization one of the dispatcher was complaining that her dispatch console gets freezed every time when she dispatches the work orders on a technician's calendar. In order to make it work she needs to close the dispatch console and open once again. She is currently using Google chrome. May I know what the problem could be ?
Please log a case with ServiceMax Support with the details of steps to reproduce the issue, and provide Admin and Dispatcher access to the org, so that they can investigate and find the root cause. You can include details such as whether the issue occurs when dispatching to a specific work order / technician, when using a specific browser / OS / time zone on the local system, etc.
