Dispatch console opens blank

We are brand new to ServiceMax.  One of my dispatchers logged in to start scheduling for the first time from his own account, and the Dispatch Console opens blank.  He attempted to open it in both Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers with the same results.  He has Windows 7, if that matters, and he has the same license and profile as another dispatcher who has had no problem opening her console.  Suggestions?

Hi Amy, which browser are you using? As you said they are maybe local settings to the computers.

I have good results personally with Chrome!

Can you test again on your pc, with his/her user account if you can see the details in your browser?

Hi, is the dispatcher assigned as a dispatcher under the ServiceTeam he wants to see?

Yes - I just checked, and he is assigned to the service team.

One detail just remembered - I trained him on my PC but with his login, and the console worked fine.  Possibly a setting on his PC or browser that is not allowing the console to be viewed?

Hi Hans,

I am Using IE 11 Version to open a Dispatch console, I am getting blank page and i can able to open chrome and fire fox. i checked the browser settings as well all are fine so any suggestions here?

Thank you for posting here in ServiceMax Community. I see that a Case 00033160 has been logged for the reported issue.

The solution that was recommended is as below:

The user might be accidentally deleted key components required to operate the Dispatch Console. We were able to find the below configuration required for Firefox per salesforce which are also applicable to the dispatch console.
