In the Dispatch Console it does not appear that the event times are updated if the work order actual time is less than the originally scheduled time. This may sometime cause scheduling delays or inefficiencies when a dispatcher is looking for an available technician. Even using color codes for work order status does not help since the dispatcher cannot quickly see at a glance if a technician who finished a previous work order early is available (when).
Is this correct and if so are there any plans to address it?
How would the auto scheduling function handle this scenario? Is it always looking at the event times?
