When user selecting the dispatch console view, we noticed the below error "Malformed JSON: Expected '{' at the beginning of object" - Status- HTTP 500
As per the SMAX Case: 00093222, got to know that this is because of the field level security(FLS) not present for the user profile and hence when selecting dispatch console view, receiving this invalid error message.
Could you please help in providing a valid error message in this case. Thanks!
