Is it possible to increase the accuracy of the pin location on the Dispatch Console map?
It would appear that any location passed into Google Maps is subsequently geocoded, even if has just been passed in the latitude and longitude coordinates, which oddly geocodes it to different coordinates. For us this is inconvenient as we often have installed products on private roads and outside buildings, so as such need an exact lat/long location identified. The Google Maps API accepts "lat:[Latitude Coordinate],lng:[Longitude Coordinate]" as a marker location parameter that it recognises as an exact coordinate, so does not attempt to geocode it. Is there anyway to use this to get an exact (ungeocoded) location in the Dispatch Console?
