We have been experiencing an intermittent issue with some work orders not appearing on the technician's devices even though they are clearly shown as assigned in the dispatch console and have the required related event.
I have raised a support ticket, but due to the nature and random occurrence of the fault it is hard to replicate, has anyone else been experiencing this issue?
Yes. Two days back we noticed this issue in our sandbox environment; Events created on google chrome browser do not show up on SMX iPhone App, and the major impact is WOs do not show on field engineers ServiceMax calendar on the iPhone. However, Events and WOs do show up on the FSA windows-based app on the laptop computer. We are using ‘ServiceMax Classic for iPhone’ (ServiceMax Mobile for iPhone Ver.18.0.12)
It is not only “events” that are the issue, but any WO that is dispatched is not showing up on the calendar as Event and when WO is downloaded, all its sections are blank, does not contain details.
