When doing Multiple assignment, view in Service Board jumps from e.g."Monthly" to "1 hour".

This communication is related to case 00089300. I was informed by a product team member that this behavior is by design as ServiceMax wanted it to be consisted with "Show on Calendar".
I agree with you that it could be better. On the ServiceMax Community we have rolled out an Ideas Exchange as a way for customers to post, collaborate and vote on product enhancements.
I fully agree. This behaviour is currently completely confusing our users and we expect a fix asap.
