Start and End Time for non work order events mismatches in the Dispatch Console and Event record.
Public report "SVMX_NBN_FT's Availability " captures events that are non-work order related. start and end date time is incorrect in comparison to event in dispatch console.
Example: We have observed a few cases where an all day event is logged for a technician(say from 19/10/2019 at 10 AM to 20/10/2019 at 10 AM ) in the dispatch console but the Event record in Salesforce or the report shows the start and end time to be the same i.e. 19/10/2019 at 10 AM which is incorrect.
This needs to be fixed as it causes incorrect data to be recorded causing issues while tracking the events.
