Learn how to use the export messages feature in Zinc.

The Export Conversation button allows users to send a full conversation transcript from the Zinc app to their email address for archiving and easy viewing. The export feature is available on all devices.
To export a conversation:
Navigate to the conversation you wish to export, and click the conversation name to bring up the conversation’s settings page.
Scroll down to the bottom of the conversation settings page, and click the “Export Conversation” button. This will send the entire conversation transcript to your work email address that is connected to Zinc. The transcript will include timestamps for each message, along with links to photos, audio messages and any other rich media sent in the conversation.
