Step-by-Step

How to Grant Admin Access

Only an Organization Admin can promote any non-Admin user to be an Admin role in your organization. Team Admins and Broadcasters do not have this ability.

  1. Navigate to the Users tab
  2. Click on a user's name to open their profile page
  3. Click on the Role card to expand it
  4. Click "Assign Role"
  5. Select the Admin tier of this new Admin -- Organization Admin, Team Admin, or Broadcaster. Check the box for All Organization Access if desired for Team Admins & Broadcasters. 


How to Change a User's Admin Tier

If you are an Organization Admin you can change the admin tier of any Admin in your organization. Team Admins and Broadcasters do not have this ability.

  1. Navigate to the Users tab
  2. Click on a user's name to open their profile page
  3. Click on the Role card to expand it
  4. Select a new Admin tier for this user (note that this change will auto-save)

How to Revoke Admin Access

If you are an Organization Admin, you can revoke the admin privileges of an Admin in your organization. Team Admins and Broadcasters do not have this ability.

  1. Navigate to the Users tab
  2. Click on a user's name to open their profile page
  3. Click on the Role card to expand it
  4. Click "Revoke Admin Privileges"
