As a Customer Success Manager, Tony brings over 20 years of field service and industrial facilities management experience to the table. His focus is on KPI and Continuous Improvement such as Customer Satisfaction, Cost Management, and Resource Utilization.
Previously, Tony managed large teams of Industrial Engineers, Technicians, Fitters and mobile field service operations. He was also employed as a global account manager for blue-chip clients with Seagate. These rolls involved engagement as both a service provider and customer. He started his career in R&D which has given him exposure to a wide range of industries from IT, instrumentation and telecoms to mining and chemicals.
Tony is a chartered electrical engineer, and has a masters’ degree in engineering management.
