Been in ServiceMax for last 3 years full time and 11 months as a QA consultant, I still continue to be amazed with the Field Service Industry.
I started in Quality Assurance in ServiceMax as the team's Manager, progressed to an Technical Manager overseeing both Development and Testing for multiple apps in our product suite, and now I work in the Technical Publications team.
My role ranges from documenting new features for release notes, writing detailed feature information and usage guides for online help, figuring out new ways to structure and present the information, and above all, keeping it at all up-to-date!
Prior to joining ServiceMax, I was with Cisco for 2 years handling email security appliances testing. Prior to my stint at Cisco, I was with United Online Inc for 8+ years in various technical roles.
